What counts as a long-distance transfer?
Any private, chauffeured journey between two cities or regions across New Zealand — typically 90 minutes or more of driving. Short local airport-to-hotel shuttles are a separate service.
Can I be picked up at the airport?
Yes. Airport pickups and drop-offs are supported where the other end of the journey is another city or region. We meet you inside the terminal with a name sign.
Is the instant price a confirmed booking?
No. An estimate confirms the price for a supported route — our team then verifies driver and vehicle availability before anything is booked. No payment is taken until availability is confirmed.
What if my route isn't listed?
Enter any pickup and drop-off in New Zealand. Where instant pricing isn't available, we'll offer a manual quote prepared by our team.
How many passengers can you carry?
From 1 to 19 guests. We match the vehicle — executive sedan, premium EV, Mercedes V-Class or Sprinter — to your group size and luggage.
